One of his early paintings completed at the Saint Paul-de-Mausole asylum in Saint-Remy. Irises in Garden was submitted to the Salon des Independants in September 1889. The original was purchased by The Getty Center for $54 million in 1987. A wonderfully vibrant piece to showcase in your home decor motif. |
